Principal Ecologist
Claire has 15 years of experience conducting complex natural resource projects across the western United States. She specializes in vegetation ecology, habitat assessments, wetland delineation, and environmental compliance under NEPA and related regulatory frameworks. She has led multidisciplinary studies for Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, and permitting efforts across federal, state, local, and private sectors. Claire combines expertise in GIS, data analysis, and field assessments to deliver science-based, defensible solutions that help clients navigate regulations while minimizing impacts to sensitive ecosystems. She holds an M.S. in Ecology from Montana State University and a B.S. in Ecology and Organismal Biology from the University of Montana. She is a certified wetland delineator and has a graduate certificate in GIS analysis from Utah State University. Claire brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to guiding projects from planning through implementation.
